This incident happened in November 22, when cameras caught Spears in e leopard print mini dress. It was so short that it revealed her underwear. Spears is now a mother of two and is expected to show a good example and a good behavior.

But, after two days of the underwear incident, she is once again photographed getting out of her car wearing a hiked-up mini skirt. This time, she was no longer wearing underwear. According to Perez Hilton, a celebrity blogger, Spears’ outfits were an obvious classic cry for attention. He says that it was her intention to get her picture taken, to get publicity, and she wants the people to talk about her.

These pictures of Britney Spears spread all over the internet which earned her an entry to a club which Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan also earned. Both actresses were also caught in different occasions wearing no underwear.

Lohan was caught panty-less four times. People would like to think that she would get out of her car wearing panties or underwear, but no, she has done the same four times and that cannot be considered as an accident. It was a deliberate decision of Lohan according to people.

Peter Post, the director of Emily Post Institute of etiquette and manners is concerned about these incidents of celebrities flashing their private parts. He says that these celebrities are sending the wrong impression to the youth. According to him, younger people might think that if these celebrities can do such act, they can also do it. He also pointed out that if these celebrities just ask for media attention, do they have to flash their parts just for that purpose?
